- Sole trader accounts and self assessment tax return - from £395.00 .
- Partnership accounts and self assessment tax returns - from £510.00 (includes 3 tax returns).
- One-person limited company - from £610.00 (includes a full set of shareholder accounts, abbreviated accounts for Companies House, corporation tax return, dividend/personal tax review in February prior to tax year end and the director's personal self assessment tax return).
- Start-up companies - from £875.00 (includes purchase of new company, registration with HMRC, PAYE scheme registration, VAT registration, payroll for 1 director (worth £120.00 pa), full set of shareholder accounts, abbreviated accounts for Companies House, corporation tax return, dividend/personal tax review in February prior to tax year end and the director's personal self assessment tax return - excludes book-keeping).
We also provide book-keeping, payroll and company formation services.
- Book-keeping e.g 20 transactions per month - from £40.00 per month.
- Payroll e.g. 10 employees - from £30.00 per month (includes P35, P14, P60 end of year PAYE forms).
- Business startup - £50.00 plus formation fees [from £35.00] (includes new company registration with HMRC) - save money with our start-up company package.
- VAT registration - from £85.00 .
- PAYE scheme registration - £50.00 .
Our quotation includes a quarterly review of your accounts.
Unlike many other accountants, we want to support our clients and welcome regular contact. The monthly/quarterly review of your business and how it is performing lets us suggest areas where you may cut costs (for example free banking), improve profitability and also keep up with tax and VAT laws.Regular reviews of your accounting records saves us time when preparing your year end accounts. Our investment in reviewing your accounts saves you money!
Why are our fees so reasonable?
Easy ... we are efficient, knowledgeable and experienced. HRBS is based near the Yorkshire market town of Penistone (between Sheffield, Barnsley and Huddersfield), so you are not paying for expensive city centre offices.Have an accounting or tax question? We will answer it for free.
Unlike many other accountants, our policy at HRBS is to empower our clients and we don't generally charge them for researching a query which would be of interest to our other clients. We simply treat it as an opportunity to write an article for our free business information site at tips.hrbs.biz .We service clients all over UK.
Using email, pdfs, online book-keeping and online filing, we service clients all over UK and provide a choice of online book-keeping packages. We are also Approved Quickbooks Professional Advisors.Its easy to change your accountant.

We calculate our fees based on the complexity of your business, volume of transactions and quality of your accounting records. All of our clients provide us with a copy of their accounting records so that we can prepare an individual quotation.If you choose our book-keeping service, we will agree a fee based on the expected number of transactions and you will receive a 25% discount on the costs of preparing the year end accounts (save upto £100.00).
Fees are payable quarterly in advance and the above costs exclude VAT.
